In Order To Open My Trunk I Have To Go Through The Backseat And Take A Screwdriver And Manually Open The Latch.
If you have an older model of subaru then. It seems like the actuator just doesn't want to work. Over the years they tend to seep, or leak a bit, thus, only work good in warm/hot weather.
